What we review

Start with the facts that shape the opportunity

Property

Address, property type, occupancy, approximate size, current condition, known repairs, photos, access, utilities, and any material facts already identified.

Position and pricing

Your relationship to the property, asking price or desired proceeds, estimated value, debt or payoff information, taxes, liens, leases, contracts, and other obligations.

Timeline and outcome

Reason for the submission, decision-makers, desired closing date, title or probate considerations, access constraints, and the outcome you are trying to achieve.

Review process

What happens after submission

1. Initial completeness review

DNVR Group reviews the submission for the information needed to understand the property, parties, pricing, timing, and requested role.

2. Follow-up and document request

If the opportunity appears actionable, we may request additional photos, contracts, leases, title or payoff information, repair estimates, access details, or other supporting documents.

3. Structure and next step

The next step may involve further evaluation, a referral, transaction coordination, an investor conversation, or a determination that the opportunity is not currently a fit.

4. Independent diligence

Any transaction remains subject to documentation, due diligence, applicable law, approvals, inspections, title review, and agreement among the relevant parties.

Prepare before submitting

A complete submission receives a more useful review
